Dear Sir,

AMA Computer College Dumaguete will have a river bank clean-up and a short
program as part of our National Service Training program (NSTP) project on August 25,
2018, Saturday in Brgy. Balugo, Valencia with a theme: “clean river, now and
forever”. In this regards we would like to ask assistance from your Brgy. Tanods during
the river bank clean-up in Brgy. Balugo river from 8:00am to 11:00am on the said date.

In line with this project, we would like to use the Brgy. Gymnasium for a short
orientation and recreational activities from 1:00pm to 5:00pm; involved are children
from 3 years to 6 years old. It would be our pleasure if you can disseminate the
message to the residents of your Barangay regarding with this activity.
