* Brigada Pabasa
- The Brigada Pagbasa (BP) as a form of Brigada Eskwela is an after-school
reading program in response to Hamon: Bawat Bata Bumabasa or DepEd 3B Initiative
issued under DM 173, s. 2019. All BE implementers are encouraged to conduct this
partnership initiative for reading which serves as a platform to synergize education-
related endeavors that immediately addresses literacy and numeracy learning gaps. This
reading advocacy serves as an avenue for all stakeholders to contribute possible
solutions to improve the country’s education system, especially in equipping the learners
with 21st century skills. With the successful nationwide implementation last school year,
the Brigada Pagbasa shall continue with an aim to engage more education partners and
experts to intensify this after-school reading program.
* Gulayan sa Paaralan
- Rosalina Miranda ,Elem GPP Coordinator encourages those grade levels and
sections to have their garden as soon as possible because there will be a monitoring on
the last week of September or last week of October.
- Ailyn Orillaneda, Sec GPP Coordinator announced that almost 80% on the
secondary department have already their garden.
* School Uniform
- Alipao announced that though there is a new Memorandum coming from higher
offices that school uniform is not mandatory, still, the school encourages all the learners

* Principal’s Report
- Enrolment – the current enrolment is 655 and the previous enrolment was 659.
1% decrease of enrolment due to the opening of MELST.
- MOOE – Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses
- 3rd quarter – July to September
- Elem – 76,658
- JHS – 41,100
- SHS – 91,830
- mandatory expenses, travels, supplies
- School Projects Implemented
- TY Odette – selected schools were given assistance, AIS was one, given
P20,000 financial assistance that will be used to repair the 2 communal CRs.
- Fencing – MOOE repair of fence in front/pathway entrance
- LGU Fund worth P30,000 – not yet released, still waiting for the program of work
to be submitted.
- Covid Materials Procurement worth more than P50,000 to be given by the
Division.
