We are writing to extend a warm invitation to you to join us for the upcoming National Tree Planting
Day. As you may know, National Tree Planting Day is a significant event that brings together
communities across the country to contribute to our environment. This year, we are organizing a
local tree-planting event in our barangay, and we believe that your presence and support would
greatly enhance the impact of this initiative.

The event will take place on Dec. 6, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. during low tide at Soyok area, Brgy. Zaragoza,
Surigao City. This will be participated by Grades 4-6, 7-12 learners and Teachers, and Sk Officials.

We will be planting a variety of native tree species, and we aim to plant over mangrove trees.
Moreover, we shall also do the school’s monthly coastal clean-up activity. This is not just an
opportunity to contribute to the environment, but also a chance to foster a sense of community and
educate our youth about the importance of environmental conservation.

We would be honored if you could join us on this day and lend your support to this cause through
providing snacks and meals to all participants. Your participation would undoubtedly inspire others
in our community to take part in this important initiative.
