Dear Sir/ Madam:

Good day!

With all due respect, I am writing this letter on behalf of the parents of Javier National High
School with a hamble request from your agency/organization to help us support the Brigada Eskwela
2023 Implementation. Through Bayanihan Spirit, we will make our school ready for the opening of
classes this coming August 29,2023 for the S.Y 2023-2024. This activity will be helpful for making our
school conducive to learners.

Involving you as our external stakeholders is of paramount importance since you can be helpful
in the preparation and implementation of the annual activity the Brigada Eskwela. Our partnership with
you and other agencies in the community will give room for effective and efficient implementation. As
such, we invite you to join us on Monday, August 14, 2023, for the Brigada Eskwela kick off program.
