Sir/Madam:
Warm greetings! On behalf of Diatagon Barngay Elementary School Teaching Staff , we
would like to solicit your support for our upcoming Recognition and Graduation Programs.
We are seeking 100 pieces of gold medals to be awarded to our honor pupils from Kinder to
Grade 6.
Our Recognition Program is scheduled to take place on July 11, 2023, where we will
acknowledge the exceptional academic achievements of our students. It is our belief that
recognizing their hard work and dedication will motivate them to strive for continued
success. Additionally, our Graduation Program will be held on July 14, 2023, to celebrate the
accomplishments of our Grade 6 students as they transition to the next phase of their
education.

deserving honor pupil receives appropriate recognition for their outstanding performance.
