Considering that all local Chiefs Executives will be in the city of Baguio on
November 8, 2019 for the forum on the Cordillera Autonomy, we are taking this
opportunity to invite you and your PESO manager on November 7, 2019 for
an Orientation on Basic Employment Services and the Public Employment
Service Office at Venus Parkview Hotel, Kisad Road, Baguio City.

This is to maximize your travel and avoid the scheduling of so many activities of
National Line Agencies (NLA) for attendance of LGU’s.

We have invited the DBM and CSC to join the DOLE and DILG in clarifying issues
regarding the PESO Act. It will also be an opportunity for the Local Chiefs
Executives to have a close dialogue with the above agencies for the
implementation of their program in the Local Government Units.
