RE: FIXED TERM EMPLOYMENT OFFER LETTER - ONE YEAR.
Reference is made to your recent interest expressed to make a formal application for employment to fillin a position
that of aSales Executive and to our interview held at the Hyatt Regency Dar-es Salaam on the 14h of April
2023.

We are pleased to inform you that your application has been duly reviewed and considered by the Board of Directors
and would liketo offer you employment, on a fixed term employment contract, for the position of a Sales
Executive, based in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, for a duration of one year commencing 2nd of May 2023 ending 30
April 2024.

You shall be entitled to Monthly Gross Consolidated Wages (Inclusive of House Allowance and all other
benefits/allowances) amounting to Tzshs. 500,000/- (Tzshs Five Hundred Thousand Only) subject to all relevant
government statutory deductions.
Youshall berequired to contribute 10% of yourgross salary to the Security Fund and the Company shall make
similar contributions.

This Contract of Employment is subject to aprobationary period of 3months starting from the commencement date
of employment. Duringthisperiod, the employee's work performance willbe assessed. If it is satisfactory,
confirmation will follow, and if not, the probation period may be extended for afurther period of three months or
may be terminated. Also company's procedures and code of conduct / discipline shall be abided by at all times
during your association with the company. During the lst month of probationary period, either party shall give to the
other party seven days written notice or seven days salary in lieu of notice and any time after the 1st month of
probation period, the written notice period and salary in lieu of notice shall be one month.
In the event of any changes to these terms, either party shall communicate the said changes in writing.

Please confim in witing by return that you accept this appointment on these terms and that you can take up your
duties from 2nd May 2023. Upon acceptance of this appointment, we shall provide you with the employment
contract.
