The above matter refers.

We shall be obliged to record the following consent;.

BY CONSENT;
The Sum of Kenyan Shillings One Million Six Hundred and Twenty Thousand Six
Hundred and Eighty-Three and Forty-Three Cents (Kshs. 1,627,683.43/=) be paid by
Crest Security Company Limited to the Plaintiffs as hereunder;

(a) The Sum of Kenyan Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (Kshs. 100,000/=)
was paid to the Plaintiffs on 23rd December 2022 vide cheque No. 002703 drawn
on Diamond Trust Bank.

(b) That the remaining balance in the sum of 1,527,683.43/= shall be paid in equal
monthly installments of Kenyan Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (Kshs.
100,000/=) on or before every 5th day of the month starting from the month of
January 2023 till the payments are made in full.

(c) That in default of Clause B above, the Plaintiffs shall be at liberty to execute for
the entire balance due and owing without further reference to the court.
 (d) That upon the payment of the entire amount, the matter shall be marked as
settled.
