1. What is the Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs?

- There are five levels in Maslow's pyramid. From the bottom of the hierarchy upwards, the needs
are: physiological (food and clothing), safety (job security), love and belonging needs (friendship),
esteem, and self-actualization.

2. How are the level of hierarchy of needs affect the organizational management to achieve better
quality?

- We can apply Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to show how employees can be supported to reach the
highest levels of self-actualization—enabling businesses to achieve excellence and financial success.
