our emotions?
Expressing our feelings allows us to
take control of the situation, identify
what we need at that moment, and help
others to know what we need/ help us.
It also helps us to process our feelings.
Our emotions are with us constantly.
They compel us to act, influence our
choices and enable us to form
meaningful connections with the people
around us. Repressed emotions don’t
just disappear. They build up quietly in
the background and soon enough, they
start shouting at us until we’re forced to
take notice.
