DESIGN AN UNOBTRUSIVE SYSTEM FOR MONITORING THE ACTIVITIES OF
CITIZENS
In a number of circumstances, it is desirable to keep an eye on a user over time, either for short-
term evaluation or longer-term monitoring, when it comes to citizen monitoring activities.
Additionally, it is preferable for long-term monitoring that the system selected have little to no
effect on the user. Unobtrusive monitoring is the type used here (Strauven, 2019). So, in this
assignment, we'll describe how an unobtrusive system for keeping tabs on citizens' activities
would function. Increased costs for health care systems around the world are a result of the
ageing phenomenon. Public health research places a high priority on the self-management and
prevention of age-related conditions. When creating interventions for the elderly population, it is
important to take the multidimensionality of impairments into account. The ability to intervene to
slow the decline, for example by supporting behaviour change, depends on the ability to detect
slow or rapid changes in daily functioning. Technology makes it possible to monitor daily
activities invisibly, making it possible to continuously and instantly assess one's health. It's still
difficult to detect outside, especially for non-physiological factors.

Through the sharing of the gathered data with medical professionals, the use of technology for
health monitoring can be beneficial as a tool to improve self-awareness and the delivery of
healthcare. Technology enables real-time alerts and, if required, interaction with the user.
Additionally, the collected data can be used as a source of information for systems that make
recommendations for changing health behavior, such as those that send users motivational
messages to lead healthier lives based on their current situation (Strauven, 2019). When
developing technological interventions for the ageing population, one should consider the
multidimensionality of the target population's impairments and potential changes over time. As a
result, there is a requirement for customised interventions that change as the user's health status
changes over time. Healthcare terminology like "personalization" is not new.

UNOBTRUSIVE SYSTEM THAT IS WEARABLE

the wearable The user is intended to wear the unobtrusive system on their body with the implicit
understanding that it can be removed with ease. In contrast to those that would be considered
implantable, an unobtrusive wearable device is one that seamlessly integrates into the user's daily
life and does not exaggerate their presence. Small size, careful design, or disguising as a

common object can all help achieve this. Unobtrusive wearable technology does not obtrude on
the wearer in terms of both form and function. It will also be attractively designed so that the
user is not embarrassed to wear it in public. In other words, the device will be small and light
enough to not be a physical burden. This is accomplished or improved by adding a "secondary"
feature to the device that the user finds appealing, such as a watch screen in the case of a wrist
wearable. The device won't require the user to interact with it all that frequently, and when they
do, it will be quick and simple for them to do so. It can be used anywhere without anyone
noticing, including churches, schools, and other public places. The definition of unobtrusiveness
is expanded to include user long-term considerations for citizen monitoring activities. It must be
simple to put on and take off the gadget, and it must be comfortable to wear for lengthy periods
of time. The user's sleep must not be hampered by the device if it is intended to be worn
throughout the night; devices that do this are quickly abandoned.

IS THE COMPUTER DEPERSONALIZING SOCIETY? WHAT PRECAUTIONS
WOULD YOU TAKE TO ENSURE THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN?
Yes, society has already become less personal thanks to computers. People who devote all of
their free time to using computers are missing out on the depth and variety of life. But as our
society becomes more and more computerized, people find it harder and harder to put computers
away. People start to think like computer addicts; they enjoy sitting in front of a computer screen
more than they do actually participating in life. They start to believe that speaking with an
automated phone operator is just as good as speaking with a live person. They use the Internet to
send gifts to people that they have never physically held. In essence, the computerization of
society numbs the soul, which is bad for traditional arts and bad for society as a whole. The
emotional bond that exists between people and their surroundings is the foundation of all artistic
expression. Because of how computerised our society is becoming, this connection is fading
every day. As we let our machines think for us, our minds start to shut down. The gap between
people is widening even as our planet gets smaller. We become further removed from our souls
every day. The creative spark that inspires us to express ourselves through the traditional arts is
put out by apathy and banality. Because of this loss, our culture and society suffer. In order to
fully immerse ourselves in the living world again and appreciate both its beauty and ugliness, we
must push away from the computer desk. Only then can we truly be human.

The digital computer is a key technology of the modern era and has been central and essential to
key operations in modern industrial society, including manufacturing, transport and distribution,
government, the military, health services, education and research. And their impact will most
likely increased over the next century. Therefore, the precaution that can be put in place to
prevent depersonalise of society is educating people about the problems computer bring to the
society for instance.

EDUCATING THE SOCIETY ON THE DISADVANTAGES OF COMPUTERS

Wastage of Time and Energy Many people use computers without positive purpose. They play
games and chat for a long period of time. Time and energy are wasted as a result. It is
detrimental to their studies and health that the younger generation is now spending more time on
social media websites like Facebook, Twitter, and others or texting their friends nonstop.
Additionally, it has a negative impact on social life. Result on the Environment reducing

excessive reliance on computers, pollution from computer waste and manufacturing processes
(Grafana, 2018). The discarded components of computers may produce harmful toxins. A "green
computer" uses technology to lower the amount of electricity used and waste produced when
using a computer. Privacy Offense The personal information of people is kept on computers. If
the personal and confidential records are not properly protected, a person's privacy may be
violated. Health Dangers Incorrect and prolonged computer use can cause injuries or conditions
that affect the hands, wrists, elbows, eyes, neck, and back. By sitting correctly when using the
computer, users can reduce their risk of health issues. While using the computer for longer
periods of time, they must also take regular breaks. After using a computer for 30 minutes, etc., it
is advised to take a short break.

ASSISTING THE POPULATION IN BECOMING THE MASTER OF WORK

Because they have mastered what the author refers to as "The Inner Game," the best of the best
can reach and maintain peak performance and excellence. Our highest potential and ability will
be free to express themselves through the methodical development of our mental habits. This
will stop depersonalization from happening.
