REF:APPLICATION FOR POSITION OF ASSISTANT REGISTRAR

I am writing to you as a response to the advertisement you ran in the Times newspaper dated 26 th
October, 2022 which was notice for employment for the above position at the University of
Zambia. I have been working in the College of Arts at NIPA from the last two and a half years
and was responsible for some extra jobs. Apart from handling the job of an Assistant Registrar I
have done some administrative duties as well. I have been involved in promoting the college and
have contributed in getting a good accreditation for the college. I have also worked for Mukuba
University, having worked there for over seven years, making my total work experience to be ten
years.

I think my communication skills, sound knowledge of law and the usual acts required to be
followed being in this position are my strengths. I have an eye for details and I have trained the
new joiners for maintaining records and how to develop the skills of a good registrar.
Communicating with the press was also my expertise. I will be obliged if you find a suitable
