Introduction

DME Law School of Delhi Metropolitan Education (Noida-62), which is being affiliated to the
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university,

This Daily Diary of one month, from July to August 2022, carries the summary of all those
works done by me in this one month. The Diary containing the work done in one month is
hereby presented:

WORK DONE IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2022

Date: 11th JULY 2022, MONDAY

The Internship was commenced from this date. I reached the office 10:00 am in the morning. I
greeted everyone. There was not much work on the first day.

Date: 12th JULY 2022, TUESDAY

Work began from today.

Date: 13TH JULY 2022, WEDNESDAY

The work begun. Sir gave us all interns a case study to read. Then he called us one by one and
we discussed the case with him that what all we understood.

Date: 14th JULY 2022, THURSDAY

Some research work was given to me.

Date: 15TH JULY 2022, FRIDAY

Today I attended a court session, it was a really nice experience and I got to know and learn a lot
of things. Later Sir called me to help him with some paper work.

Date: 18TH JULY 2022, MONDAY

Today Sir gave me some research work to do.

Date: 19th JULY 2022, TUESDAY

Research work from Bare Act was given.

Date: 20TH JULY 2022, WEDNESDAY

I continued my previous days work. I completed my research work and later showed to Sir there
were some mistakes in its which Sir later explained to me.

Date: 21ST JULY 2022, THURSDAY

Case reading on a company law case and later some discussions.

Date: 22ND JULY 2022, FRIDAY

Today Sir gave us some work related to ADR in which we have to found some case laws
regarding dispute resolution and then called us to discuss them with him.

Date: 25TH JULY 2022, MONDAY

Today first I did some paperwork in the morning and then went to the Patiala House court with
one of the Sir’s assistants. It was a great experience visiting the court.

Date: 26th JULY 2022, TUESDAY

Research work on various law related topics.

Date: 27TH JULY 2022, WEDNESDAY

Today was an interesting day as Sir gave me some drafting work which I wanted to do for so
long. It was regarding a divorce case. Later I discussed it with Sir.

Date: 28th JULY 2022, THURSDAY

Attended a court session with sir and my fellow colleagues.

Date: 29TH JULY 2022, FRIDAY

Today several case studies were given to us to work on. As there was not much work so we went
home early.

WORK DONE IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2022

Date: 1ST AUGUST 2022, MONDAY

Today first I did some research work on Banking and Insolvency and then attended a court
session with Sir.

Date: 2ND AUGUST 2022, TUESDAY

Research work on The Companies Act,2013

Date: 3RD AUGUST 2022, WEDNESDAY

Today Sir told us to find some case laws and later called us to discuss the case laws with him.
Then some written work was given to me.

Date: 4th AUGUST 2022, THURSDAY

Some Research work on a case and later discussion with Sir.

Date: 5TH AUGUST 2022, FRIDAY

Today first we had a meeting in the morning and then Sir gave me some research work which I
completed with his guidance as I was facing some difficulties.

Date: 8TH AUGUST 2022, MONDAY

Today I was assigned the task of going through the cause lists and inform Sir about the

matters that were listed also I was assigned the work of going through the Legal Notice that was
addressed to Plan Cover and had to discuss the same with Sir.

Date: 9th AUGUST 2022, TUESDAY

Completed my previous days work.

Date: 10TH AUGUST 2022, WEDNESDAY

Sir gave me drafting work.

Date: 11th AUGUST 2022, THURSDAY

Was not able to go to the office today, so Sir gave me work which I did from my home and
submitted him through mail.

Date: 12TH AUGUST 2022, FRIDAY

Last day of the internship. Continued my drafting work from the previous day, finished it and
submit it to Sir. Then I meet everyone and greeted them and then everyone went home.

CONCLUSION
1. The best part of this internship was, I received regular feedback from Sir on my work.

2. Sir assisted me whenever, I found something difficult.

3. After submissions, Sir used to call me and provide me suggestions regarding the
improvements that are to be made in the drafts.
