Evaluation of the Certification program

Wadhwani certification is beneficial and can help improve your communication skills. The blended
module tackled many topics that can help you become a more skilled individual. Also, the animation is easy
to understand and very friendly because you can hear and read the options, making it easy. However, I
found some issues like the voice-over of the animation; it was slow, which made me sleepy while answering
the module. The topic was common sense. For example, in the digital literacy module, we were taught how
to change the wallpaper of a desktop and cellphone. It taught us a very long method which made me
pissed because I already knew how to make it and had a shortcut method. I know that one of the program's
goals was to teach basic communication skills, but most of the program's target was the students, and most
of them are at the college level, so I suggest at least a high level of difficulty for every module.

Collaboration Meetings

July 2, 2022

June 29, 2022, was our first meeting with our collaborator, Ms. Jam. But unfortunately, her internet
connection was lost. That's why we didn't interact much, so she asked if it was okay for us to meet her
again on July 2, 2022, Saturday.
On this day, Ms. Jam let us introduce ourselves to our group mates that were made last June 29,
2022. She asked some questions that made the class more interesting. My day 1 with Ms. Jam was
exciting. She made my cloudy mind clear.

After the meeting with Ms. Jam, we met with my groupmates to discuss the first presentation we
were doing for the next collaboration meeting. First, we list all the social issues we encountered and saw on
the news. And we came up with the decision to do a debate about the abolishment of the K-12 program.

July 6, 2022

July 6, 2022, was the 2nd collaboration meeting we had. On this day, we present the presentation
we made. Each group came up with a unique presentation and topic. We discussed many social issue
topics like abolishing the K-12 Program, Abortion, Teenage Pregnancy, and our country's Justice System.
The collaboration was quite interesting because the case was happening on time. Ms. Jam gave some
points for every participation we made. And for whose group got the highest points and most good
presentation got exempted for the next collaboration presentation.
July 8, 2022

July 8, 2022
After the collaboration with Ms. Jam, we met with my groupmates to discuss our next presentation,
which tackled the social networking site's do's and don'ts. We shared our insight regarding this topic.
Everyone shared their insight and suggested what to do. After sharing and discussing, we decided to do a
podcast about most people use social media platforms.

July 13, 2022

July 13, 2022, was the 3rd collaboration meeting we had. On this day, we present the presentation
we made. Each group came up with a unique presentation. The session was exciting because it was about
networking sites and social media. Most of the students relate to this. And as per the same rules in our last
collaboration, Ms. Jam gave some points for every participation we made. For whose group got the highest
points and the best presentation got exempted for the next collaboration presentation.
July 17, 2022

On this day, our group met again using the platform google meet. We've discussed the next
presentation we will do. This time the given topic to us was managing time. After many suggestions and
discussions, our group decided to do a radio teleserye. The story we chose to do was about a student,
partner, and employee who can't manage his time.

Take away in the Accenture Webinar

Last July 20, 2022, the company Accenture conducted a webinar for a mid-year class of students
of Rizal Technological University. The said webinar tackled the metaverse's importance in both the virtual
and real worlds. The speakers shared many of their experiences in becoming successful in life. They
explain what their company is and what they offer young engineers like me. The flow of the webinar was
smooth, and no technical problems happened. The webinar starts at the exact time they give. They also
clarify and answer all of the students' questions about their company, especially on how their company
relates to the courses of every student.
Learnings/Experiences/regrets to the COE program

Learnings

The overall OJT helped me improve my skills and become the best version of myself. It helps to
improve my communication skills in many aspects. The wadhwani program also allows me to differ my
knowledge of English, especially in grammar construction. It also readies me for my workplace attitude and
how to answer in the best way without disappointing others.

Experiences

While answering all of the modules, I see myself as the one in the animation. Even though the
answering module was very tiring, I keep answering it because there's something I want to achieve, which
is to get a certificate in this program that might help for my future references.

Regrets

There's nothing I regret. But maybe if there's enough time and preparation, I choose to do my OJT
on-site, which really helps me improve my skills that are in line with the courses I am taking.
