First Meeting with Sir Morata

We had our first meeting and orientation about our subject Practice Teaching. Our professor discussed
how we would manage to accomplished the subject by deployment and conducting a webinar. This
semester was kind of tough for us because this was the point of our course.

Sept. 29, 2021

Our class mayor conducted a meeting to all of us regarding every inch of the matters in our subject. She
divided the group to each of the committee that a webinar would be composing. I assigned to lead the
Documentation Committee and all of us has assigned work to do. We plan the flow of the webinar and it
came so smooth that all of us are cooperating. We first started to make the webinar proposal to be
submitted to our professor.
Internship Program Pre-Orientation

I attended the pre-orientation of BSU which is the 3 rd Virtual Student Internship Program for students
and parents. They discussed there of what would be the steps in conducting the Practice Teaching in our
new normal set up. The parents should aware of what was gonna do in order to guide their children in
the whole course of instruction.

I attended a free webinar of BEED students from our school. The webinar entitled “Work Ethical
Behavior”. We are now mandatory to attend every webinar’s because there are equivalent hours that
will deduct in our Practice Teaching hours. It discussed some of the ethical issues a teacher may possess.

I attended a webinar entitled “Portfolio Making and Career Options” conducted by BSED ENG 4A. The
topics are very useful especially to us that who will become teachers in the future. I find a hard time
attending this time because the internet isn’t good and my data was running out, but then I managed to
finish the webinar and so I can answer the attendance and evaluation form for the issuance of E-
Certificate which I will be needed in my subject now.
Second Meeting with Sir Morata

Sir Morata checked our partial accomplishments regarding the webinar. He checked the certificates, the
logos, the evaluation and registration forms and even the Webinar Proposal. He had a lot of comments
and made us exert our efforts by doing the best that we can in order to conduct a good webinar as our
first task.

years of college life. We all had the culture shock scenario that sometimes we can’t handle all along. This

Another webinar today, this webinar explains how do we address some instances and scenarios that are
about to happen in our school community. This taught us that not just the students are the victims of
bullying, there are cases in which the teacher may become the victim of it, and experiencing it

managed and I take all the important guides and learnings on how to make a resume and CV when I am

student with morale and dignity.

We had a dry run regarding this Webinar, some of us didn’t attend for some reasons. But in this dry run,
I saw how much we work as a team. This dry run helps us to see what is lacking in detail to what we

Final Dry Run of the Webinar

Today we had our final dry run for the webinar tomorrow. A lot of us participated because we even
discussed on what would be our alternative honorarium to our guest speaker. We all decided to give
each of us an amount of 25 pesos for the food, and since this was all we can afford to give. Also, the dry
run was late about to finish because we all run the program completely.

We finally made to finish conducting one of our major to do’s in the subject of Practice Teaching. Our
professor is so proud for what we had accomplished and gave us a 50 less hours in our 360 hours of the
subject. Everything went smooth so well and each of the committee members perform their designated
task properly. We’re making it a step closer for our task.

I attended a webinar entitled Cyber Security in Social Media where the main topic was all about on how
we would put security on our daily use of social media. Posting, sharing, commenting stuffs or our
opinions in SocMed will lead us sometimes to danger or anyone might use our information to put
threats on us. This webinar is very useful to put awareness to the students in times that we are prone in
using Social Media platforms.
Fourth Meeting with Sir Morata

Sir Morata met us in the 4th time to discuss and clarify a lot of things regarding our Practice Teaching. He
mentioned that Sapang Palay Trade National High School was included in the list of choice of schools
that conducting Online class set up. Adding the things like about the Orientation, we need to make
ourselves available to that so far there are no announcements then. Sir Morata gave his warm

Sir Morata met us to lay down some announcements he had a meeting with Practice Teaching
Supervisors. He clarifies us that we don’t need to come to any clinic as there was no announcement yet
came from Bulsu Clinic. Additionally, he even discussed that what are the exemptions of our duties as a
PT. Also, there will be a minimal payment to be contributed to our Cooperating Teacher and the
Principal assigned in our school where we are going to deployed.

Sir Morata met us today to inform us that there were no announcements down yet regarding the
deployment. He is clear to us about the topic concerning face to face classes, he said that if there
happens to have it back, only the courses that needed laboratories are going to have a face to face
session, and there is a little percent for us with an education course.

via Zoom Conference and Facebook love. This webinar is helpful to us as we collect E-Certificates that
cost an 8 hours in our deployment time to consider.

Sir Morata checked our vaccination status as the survey is being conducted by the high officials in
Bulacan State University and based on it, just a little percent of the students in the University are not yet
vaccinated. He even discusses the token of appreciation to the COOP Teacher and to the principal.
