Time and Activity

Week 1 (16 - 17 February 2023)

During this week, I am still in the introductory and understanding phase of the program that I
will undergo. However, I managed to obtain some important information about the overall
picture of the program and also some motivation that drives my enthusiasm to succeed in this
program.

I am very excited to start this journey and hope to take maximum benefit from this program.
Although still in the early stages, I have already felt how important it is to understand each
aspect of this program well, so that later I can participate actively and provide beneficial
contributions to the group.

I promise to continue to strive and learn as much as possible so that I can follow each activity
and task given well. I am confident that with strong determination and enthusiasm, I can
overcome every challenge and achieve the goals set.

In this opportunity, I also want to thank the teaching team who have provided valuable
motivation and guidance during this week. I hope we can continue to work together well and
achieve success together in this program.

Today, I participated in the "National Onboarding Program MSIB Angkatan 4," which is a
national orientation program for the MSIB program. I obtained sufficient information about the
overall activities of the program from various speakers who attended the event.

Friday, February 17, 2023

Today, I participated in two activities, which were:

(1) "Technical Briefing Session" through a scheduled YouTube video. This activity was a
technical introduction before the opening session of the Bangkit 2023 program.
(2) "Bangkit Guest Speaker Session" with Nika Roekmi Woelan.

Week 2 (20 - 24 February 2023)

I am pleased to provide a weekly report of my activities for the past week. In the course of this
week, I was involved in a series of activities that were relevant to my academic and
professional development.

Primarily, I completed several modules on the Belajar Dasar Pemrograman Web course on the
Dicoding platform. This course provided me with a deeper understanding of web programming,
enabling me to acquire critical knowledge and skills that are essential to succeed in this field.

Moreover, I had the opportunity to attend the ILT-SS-01-CS agenda via Google Meet, which
was led by our instructor, Mr. Andre Iman Syafrony. This agenda provided two insightful
sessions, namely, The Growth Mindset and The Power of Feedback. The Growth Mindset
session equipped me with practical strategies on how to develop a mindset that fosters
continuous learning and personal growth, while The Power of Feedback session reinforced the
importance of seeking feedback as a tool for enhancing performance.

Furthermore, I participated in the weekly consultation session with our mentor, Kak Aditya
Fataha Dwijaya. During this session, I was able to receive guidance and advice on any issues
that I encountered while preparing myself to become a web programmer.

In conclusion, it was an exciting and productive week for me, as I have gained a vast amount
of knowledge and skills that are useful in my professional career. I am optimistic about the
opportunities that lie ahead, and I am eager to continue learning and growing in the field of
web development. Thank you for your attention, and I hope to provide further updates in the
future.

Monday, 20 Feb 2023

Today, I participated in the opening session of Bangkit 2023. The event started on February
16th, 2023 and was attended by the Director General of Higher Education - Ministry of
Education and Culture, Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Ir. Nizam, M.Sc., DIC, Ph.D, and the
Country Director of Google Indonesia, Randy Jusuf, who welcomed us live.

In addition, there was a "Bincang Bangkit bersama Industri" session attended by Thingkilia
Finnatia Husin, a Bangkit 2021 graduate; Iben Yuzheno, Head of Traveloka Academy; and
Athika Cornelia, Vice President IT Human Capital, BCA. They talked about their experiences in
the industry and provided valuable insights for Bangkit 2023 participants.

I am glad to have the opportunity to participate in this activity and learn from experts and
professionals in the technology field. The event was held on Monday, February 20, 2023, from
10:00 to 11:00 WIB and was broadcasted via Youtube.

Tuesday, 21 Feb 2023

Today, I was able to complete several modules from the "Learn Basic Web Programming"
program on the Dicoding platform, following the recommended learning path available on the
platform. I feel happy and proud to have been able to follow and complete this program well,
thus adding to my knowledge and skills in the field of web programming. By completing this
program, I feel more confident and motivated to continue learning and developing my abilities
in the future.

Continuing the learning progress on the previous day and I completed the next few modules
"Belajar Dasar Pemrograman Web" on the Dicoding platform according to the Learning
Recommendations on the platform.

Thursday, 23 Feb 2023

Following the ILT-SS-01-CS agenda via Google Meet. The ILT-SS-01-CS Growth Mindset and
The Power of Feedback session was guided by instructor Mr. Andre Iman Syafrony.

Friday, 24 Feb 2023

Today, I attended the "Weekly Consultation #1" activity. This weekly consultation session was
led by our mentor, Kak Aditya Fataha Dwijaya. During this session, I also got to know my
classmates from CC-63. I found this weekly consultation activity very enjoyable because I
believe it will help me in my overall program activities. Any challenges that I may face in this
program can be consulted with our mentor.

Week 3 (February 27 - March 3, 2023)

This week has been a busy but productive one for me in terms of learning and
self-improvement. On the first day, I worked on my final website creation project for the
"Belajar Dasar Pemrograman Web" course on the Dicoding Platform. In addition, I completed
several modules on the "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking" course on the Coursera
platform, which taught me the basics of computer networking.

The second day was especially exciting as I attended a presentation titled "Introduction to
Google Cloud" as part of the ILT-CC-01-AN course. The session was led by instructor M
Rasyid Ridha, who provided a comprehensive overview of cloud computing and Google
Cloud's services. I learned about the benefits of cloud computing, such as scalability, flexibility,
and cost-effectiveness. This knowledge will certainly come in handy in the future.

On the third day, I dedicated myself to completing mandatory courses through self-study. I
spent hours reviewing course materials and working through practice exercises to deepen my
understanding of the subject matter. The hard work paid off, as I made significant progress
towards my goals by the end of the day.

The fourth day was similar, with me spending the entire day continuing my self-study to
conquer the mandatory courses. I managed to complete several modules and gained new
insights into the subject matter. It was another successful day of learning and
self-improvement.

Finally, on the fifth day, I participated in the Weekly Consultation 2 guided by mentor Kak Adit.
The topic of discussion was Dreams & Goals, and we had an engaging and inspiring
conversation about the importance of setting clear goals and developing a plan to achieve

them. I left the session feeling motivated and ready to take action towards achieving my
dreams.

Overall, this week has been a productive and fulfilling one, with plenty of learning and
self-improvement activities. I'm grateful for the opportunities to expand my knowledge and
skills, and I'm looking forward to more exciting learning experiences in the future.

Working on a final website creation project in the "Belajar Dasar Pemrograman Web" course
on the Dicoding Platform. Apart from that, I also completed several modules on "The Bits and
Bytes of Computer Networking "course on the Coursera platform.

Tuesday, February 28, 2023

Today, I attended a presentation titled "Introduction to Google Cloud" as part of the

ILT-CC-01-AN course. The session was conducted by instructor M Rasyid Ridha, who
introduced us to cloud computing and how it is implemented in Google Cloud's services.

During the presentation, we learned about the benefits of cloud computing, including
scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. We also got an overview of Google Cloud's
infrastructure and the various services it offers, such as compute, storage, and networking.

As someone who is interested in technology, I found the session to be informative and

engaging. I appreciate the opportunity to learn more about Google Cloud and how it can be
used to support various applications and businesses.

In conclusion, the "Introduction to Google Cloud" presentation was a valuable experience that
provided insights into the world of cloud computing. Thank you for the opportunity to
participate.

Today, I focused on completing mandatory courses through self-study. I spent several hours
reviewing course materials and working through practice exercises to deepen my
understanding of the subject matter. By the end of the day, I had made significant progress
towards my goals and felt confident in my ability to complete the courses on time. Overall, it
was a productive and rewarding day of learning.

Thursday, March 2, 2023

Today was all about continuing my epic quest to conquer the mandatory courses through
self-study. Armed with coffee and determination, I battled against the forces of distraction and
procrastination to emerge victorious once again. By day's end, I had completed several
modules and gained new insights into the mysteries of the universe (okay, maybe just the
subject matter).

Overall, it was a successful day of slaying the course materials and emerging triumphant.
Here's to another day of conquering one chapter at a time!

Today, I participated in the Weekly Consultation 2 guided by mentor Kak Adit. The focus of this
week's consultation was Dreams & Goals. We engaged in a lively discussion about the
importance of setting clear goals and developing a plan to achieve them. Through the mentor's
guidance, we learned practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and staying motivated on
our journey towards success. It was a valuable session that left me feeling inspired and ready
to take action towards achieving my dreams.

Week 4 (06 - 10 March 2023)

This week, I participated in several training sessions and self-study activities to enhance my
skills in cloud computing and IT infrastructure. On Monday, I attended the MSIB 4 Platform
Socialization, which provided training and guidance on logging activities. In addition, I
completed some mandatory courses on the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform, including
Perform Foundational Infrastructure Tasks, which earned me a skill badge in Google Cloud.

On Tuesday, I completed the Create and Manage Cloud Resources course on Google Cloud
Skills Boost, and participated in the fourth group learning activity "Ngobar" with my CC-63
classmates, guided by our class mentor. During this activity, I acquired new skills such as
writing gcloud commands, using Cloud Shell, creating and deploying virtual machines on
Compute Engine, running applications in containers on Google Kubernetes Engine, and
configuring network and HTTP load balancers.

On Wednesday, I attended the Time Management ILT-SS-02-CK mandatory session, which

was led by instructor Septi Fahmi Choirisa. At the end of the session, we had a quiz and
provided feedback on the time management materials covered that day. I also participated in
the fifth group learning activity "Ngobar" with my classmates, where we discussed various
topics under the guidance of our mentor.

On Thursday, I conducted self-study activities on the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform with a
focus on Google Kubernetes Engine, as well as on Coursera with the course System
Administration and IT Infrastructure Services. I learned about the components and architecture
of Kubernetes, how pod networking works on Google Kubernetes Engine, creating and
managing Google Kubernetes Engine clusters using the Google Cloud Console and
gcloud/kubectl commands, backup system design considerations, and the importance of
backup and recovery testing.

Finally, on Friday, I focused on self-study activities on the Dicoding platform with the Learn
Basic JavaScript Programming course, where I learned fundamental concepts of JavaScript
programming in the Node JS environment.

Overall, it was a productive week of learning and skill development in cloud computing, IT
infrastructure, and time management.

Monday, March 6, 2023

Today, I participated in the MSIB 4 Platform socialization which included training on filling out
logbooks. Additionally, I completed some mandatory courses on the Google Cloud Skills Boost
platform, specifically the Perform Foundational Infrastructure Tasks mission. As a result, I was
able to earn a proficiency badge. These activities have helped me improve my knowledge and
skills in the field of information technology.

Today, I attended the mandatory ILT-SS-02-CK Time Management session, led by instructor
Septi Fahmi Choirisa. We concluded the session with a quiz and provided feedback on the
Time Management material covered. Additionally, I participated in the 5th "Ngobar" Group
Study activity with classmates from CC-63, guided by our class mentor. Today's achievements
include learning effective time management strategies for success and engaging in productive
discussions with classmates.

Today, I conducted self-study on Google Cloud Skills Boost platform, focusing on Google
Kubernetes Engine. I also studied System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services on
Coursera. I learned about Google Cloud computing, Kubernetes architecture, network pods in
Google Kubernetes Engine, creating and managing clusters using Google Cloud Console and
gcloud/kubectl commands. I also gained knowledge about evaluating backup system design,
importance of backup testing and recovery.

Friday, March 10, 2023

Today, I conducted self-study on the Dicoding platform, focusing on the Learn Basic JavaScript
Programming class. I learned the fundamental concepts of JavaScript programming in the

Node JS environment. To use JavaScript in a browser environment, I will review the previous
Learn Basic Web Programming class. Overall, it was a productive day of learning.

Week 5 (13 - 17 March 2023)

This week, I participated in several activities related to my studies in programming. On

Monday, March 13, I attended the Bangkit 2023 H1 - Student Team Meeting 1, a mandatory
session for all Bangkit 2023 H1 Cohort students. The meeting covered updates and reminders
of achievements, access to the student dashboard, grading standards, the Bangkit Rewards
System, and QA. This session was held via a live stream on the Bangkit Academy's YouTube
channel. After the session, I completed the "Belajar Dasar Pemrograman JavaScript" class on
the Dicoding platform and obtained a certificate of completion.

On Tuesday, March 14, I continued my self-study on Dicoding's "Belajar Membuat Aplikasi

Back-End untuk Pemula dengan Google Cloud" class. I completed several modules on the
fundamentals of back-end development, Node.js, and building web services using Node.js.

On Wednesday, March 15, I participated in the ILT-CC-02-AW JavaScript for Server-Side

Development session, which was conducted through the Google Meet platform and led by our
instructor, Mr. Wahyu Krisna Aji. I gained insights into using JavaScript for server-side
development. Additionally, I continued my self-study on Dicoding's "Belajar Membuat Aplikasi
Back-End untuk Pemula dengan Google Cloud" class and completed several advanced
modules, particularly on deploying web services, understanding and using Google Compute
Engine, operating Compute Engine instances via SSH, and running RESTful APIs on
Compute Engine instances.

On Thursday, March 16, I continued my self-study on Dicoding's "Belajar Membuat Aplikasi

Back-End untuk Pemula dengan Google Cloud" class. I completed several advanced modules,
particularly on consuming and testing RESTful APIs using Postman.

Finally, on Friday, March 17, I attended the "Weekly Consultation - 4" session, led by our
mentor, Kak Aditya Fataha Dwijaya. The session covered maximizing LinkedIn to build a
personal portfolio. After the session, I worked on a final project, creating a bookshelf API for
note-app with create, read, update, and delete functions on the Dicoding platform.

Overall, this week was productive and informative. I gained knowledge and practical skills in
back-end development, and I look forward to applying them in future projects.

Today, I attended the mandatory Bangkit 2023 H1 - Student Team Meeting 1 session, which
included updates and reminders on achievements, student dashboard access, grading
standards, Bangkit reward system, and QA. The session was broadcasted live on the Bangkit
Academy YouTube channel. In addition, I completed the Basic JavaScript Programming class
on Dicoding and received a certificate of completion.

Tuesday, March 14, 2023

Today, I completed several modules of the Learn to Build Back-End Applications for Beginners
with Google Cloud class on Dicoding. These modules covered an introduction to back-end,
Node.js basics for back-end, and building a web service using Node.js.

Today, I attended the ILT-CC-02-AW JavaScript for Server-Side Development session led by
our instructor, Mr. Wahyu Krisna Aji, through the Google Meet platform. I gained insights into
JavaScript for server-side development. Additionally, in my self-study on Dicoding, I completed
several advanced modules on the "Belajar Membuat Aplikasi Back-End untuk Pemula dengan
Google Cloud" class, specifically on deploying web services, understanding and using Google
Compute Engine, operating Compute Engine instances via SSH, and running RESTful APIs
on Compute Engine instances.

Today, I continued my self-study on Dicoding's "Belajar Membuat Aplikasi Back-End untuk

Pemula dengan Google Cloud" class. I completed several advanced modules, specifically on
"Mengonsumsi dan Menguji RESTful API Menggunakan Postman," which covered installing
Postman, consuming RESTful APIs for testing purposes, and writing automated test scenarios
using Postman.

Jum'at, 17 Maret 2023

Today, I attended and participated in "Weekly Consultation - 4" session led by our mentor, Kak
Aditya Fataha Dwijaya. Additionally, I worked on my final project task which was to create a
Back-End for a note-app with Create, Read, Update, and Delete functions using Google Cloud
in Dicoding's "Belajar Membuat Aplikasi Back-End untuk Pemula dengan Google Cloud"
course. I successfully completed the project and obtained a certification upon completion.
During the consultation, I gained insights into maximizing my LinkedIn profile for building my
portfolio.
