Reflection (SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL

SESSION DATED OCTOBER 14, 2022)

This School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) Session is beneficial to us

teachers. With this session, we were informed if there are new things to
learn, innovations, teaching practices and even programs that help enhance
teaching-learning process.
One of the highlights of this session is Utilizing assessment data. It is
important that we teachers should and must know to utilize those
assessment data. It should be utilized accurately and properly. With the aid
of the speakers, we were given ideas on how this will be done. We become
updated and informed and we are ready to apply all of these in to the
teaching-learning process.
Reflection (2nd POST-CONFERENCE: COACHING
AND MENTORING ON 2ND QUARTER HOMEROOM GUIDANCE
IMPLEMENTATION DATED JANUARY 27, 2023)

This conference is only for class advisers. The main focus is to discuss individual
monitoring and accomplishing monitoring tool, revisit the guidelines of HGP
implementation to enrich teaching practices and meet the competencies and objectives.
Also, coaching and mentoring will be emphasized.
As a class adviser, I believe that Homeroom Guidance Implementation is really
important and helpful to the totality of our students. They should not only learn about
concepts taught by each subject teacher, but it is also important for them to be guided
and oriented especially when it comes on how to become a good student possessing
characteristics that are worth emulating. I believe that with words of wisdom shared by
the facilitator of this conference are helpful to my students for them to be guided in
choosing the right path and their learning will be more interesting and meaningful. This
will also enhance the teaching-learning process.
Reflection (FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION DATED
MARCH 6, 2023)

This focus group discussion centered on discussing issues that affects the
performance of the learners in each specific area or discipline but it might affect
the performance of the school as well.
Since MPS is one the issues, teachers are gathered to determine the root causes
and suggested possible solutions are of great help to resolve this issue.
I firmly believe that with the guidance of the experts and with the collaboration
of the teachers, this problem arose will be gradually solved. With their expertise,
they can give technical assistance that is beneficial to enhance the teaching-
learning process.
Reflection (MEETING DATED MAY 25, 2023)

This meeting is of great help to every teacher for them to be

reminded of the tasks they need to perform considering that they are
bombarded with series of reports that need to be submitted. With this
meeting, I have learned that it is important to manage time wisely.
Work productively and perform task accordingly. That is why, make
sure that everything that we teachers are doing are well-planned to
come up with a good outcome and this will help to enrich the
teaching-learning process.
