My main goal when looking through job listings for civil engineers was to locate an entry-level
position. Since I'm a recent graduate and the majority of opportunities required years of work
experience, I had to look a little harder to locate one.

Following the job openings listed on your website, I was able to find one that matched my
current skill set, qualifications, and internship experience that was relevant to the job
description, which I knew would give me an advantage. So I made it my goal to present myself
as not only qualified but also more than capable and simply needing minimal instruction.

I am a recent engineering graduate with a five-year degree in civil engineering from Agusan
State College of Agriculture and Technology. As I am searching for a job that can provide
prospects for future advancement in my engineering career, I am looking for a position with a
company that has the potential for long-term success.

SUBJECT: Annual Bonus Leave for Workers with Excellent Performances

On December 12, 2022, we will implement the following change to our company's annual leave
policy: Three employees from each department will get special annual bonus leave each year
for exceptional performance.

On December 17, additional one week of annual leave will be credited to the qualified workers.
There are no restrictions on the overall number of days of annual leave that may be carried
forward, and the bonus leave will be tracked separately and be accessible until used.

To discuss the findings of the 2026 performance evaluation and to finalize the final list of
employees qualified for the bonus, we will hold a meeting on December 12 at 1:00 p.m. The
notification to the staff will come after the meeting. Before the meeting, if you have any
inquiries or remarks, do let me know.
