 Observed court proceedings in the court of Chief Justice Hon’ble Justice Arup Kumar
Goswami.

 Learnt to check cause list for the listed cases of our Advocate

 Visited different court rooms at High Court

 I was instructed to prepare a case brief; at evening and I was asked to explain
about case to my mentor and submit the soft copy of case brief.

 Case name – Nirmala Patel v. Ankit Chauhan.

 I was supposed to prepare Affidavit of evidence on the same case.

 Visited High Court

 I was visited for submitting the Mention Memo. Mention Memo means a written
request made to the Court for out of turn listing or early hearing of a main case for an
interim relief on the ground of urgency. Mention memos are only submitted in High
 courts and Supreme court. Then I heard the arguments on the different cases going on
different court rooms and also visited the chief Justice Court.

 Drafting and filing of Vakalatnama.

 I was asked to go through the procedure of PROJECT TITLE SEARCH REPORT

(TSR). It was the First time I heard about TSR’s. TSR means a title search involves
determining and confirming a property’s legal ownership and investigating its public
records. It is highly useful while deciding on buying an asset. Searches of titles are
performed using a wide variety of resources, including deeds, tax liens, property
records, and court judgments, among others.

 Then I got the 1st TSR report to made on “GURUDEV AVENUE”.

 And this took me 3 days to complete as it was the first time I was doing

 And simultaneously I was assigned with the works listed below-

a.) Consumer Complaint of KIRTI JOSHI.

b.) Drafted a legal notice of Tejesh Kelaskar.

 I learned about NDA i.e. Non Disclosure Agreement it means A non-disclosure

agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential
relationship. The party or parties signing the agreement agree that sensitive
information they may obtain will not be made available to any others. An NDA may
also be referred to as a confidentiality agreement.

 Learned about essential clauses which are covered under NDA and Drafted an
Agreement.

 Learned about Employment Agreement of BITCOT, also made offer letter and
Affidavit of same.

I worked on the case -

 NANDSING BASU V. STATE BANK OF INDIA (SBI). It was the fresh and first
case which was come before me. I heard the issues, our senior was on behalf of SBI.

 I made Reply for this case and affidavit of evidence for same. Judgement also came in
front of me and case was in our favour.
