they research,explore, and share.
Omnichannel shopping – Customers are most likely to have multiple sources where they can
buy what they want/need.
Impatient and patient at the same time - Customers won't wait for items they want. When US
consumers experienced out-of-stock items, only 13% waited for the item to come back in stock,
while 39% switched brands or products and 32% switched retailers altogether.
Consumers trust influencers over brands - 43% of Gen Z consumers trust influencers over
brands to learn how to use a product or service.
Consumers care about sustainability - 65% of consumers desire brands that are
environmentally-friendly and invest in sustainability.
Lack of Information
The main problems faced by consumers is lack of information. The customers even do
not know the sources of getting information.
Adulteration
Most of the times consumers even after paying high price, do not get pure or we can say
quality goods. The organization usually supplies adulterated goods for their profit maximization.
Some sellers creates advertisements that doesn’t give full details on a product
causing problems like failure of evaluation on a products’ real price.

Poor after-Sale-Service
Consumer in this world, after sale service is very poor. Even the Multinational
corporations in this world do not provide effective after-sale-service in the case of office
equipment, and consumer durables. Customers have to give constant reminders for after-sale-
service. At many times, customers have to get the equipment repaired or serviced by third party
even during the service contract period due to poor after-sale-service.
