    - Mr. Erick Ramos, 35 years old, was diagnosed of urinary tract infection (UTI). He is
    the assistant at Mission Hospital Medical.

    Identify the following:

    a. Client care learning ability

    - Willingness and readiness for his change with regards his complication.

    - Adequate supply of the medication, prescribe by a Doctor

    b. client care learning deficit

    - lack of learning with regards on his complication

    - he felt pain and difficulty in urine

    Purpose for the health teaching

    - To provide information to the patient with regards in his complication which is UTI
    and how to deal with it by taking drugs prescribed by his Doctor and also some of
    the ways on how to prevent UTI. (things to do)

    Goal for the patient. 

    - The patient will be able to address his health issue and how to deal with it and
    independence caring himself.
