- This right is important specially to all patient who needs a rapid care with safe and
effective as possible and all patients deserve this right even their patients are low
class or high-class standard.
Right to inform
- Provider should inform their patients with regards their health assessment and
diagnosis, in order to know their patient about her/his health issue. Provider should
also inform the relative or family of their patient about the diagnosis and assessment.
Right to religious belief
- Provider or health worker should respect the beliefs of their patients, like for
example, when the provider will do a vital sign but their patient is still undergoing a
prayer, provider should wait until their patient done with their prayer, before
provider do a vital sign.
- Provider should take notes all the data gathered to their patients and put it on the
records because, it is confidentiality if ever that patient come back again, provider
will know all the medication or diagnosis of that patient, because, patients have the
right to know what diagnosis and medication they did her or him.
Right to express grievance
- Patients have the rights to complaint and grievance if ever that has a wrong service in
the hospital not to insult or shaming them but in order to correct them in doing their
job. Patients also an overseer
- Patient can choose their own providers in hospital to make them comfortable.
- Patients have the rights to go or leave in the hospital if they felt full recovery even the
doctor’s order is one week before they leave, patients have rights.
Right to correspondence and to receive visitors
- Patients have the rights to communicate their relatives and parents, in order to them
avoid homesick.
