    To Whom It May Concern:

    This is a formal accommodation request for Remy Banks, a student at Foothill High School.
    Remy has been under my care for mental health intervention since March 2021.
    Remy has been therapeutically assessed, and a sensory processing issue has been
    identified. An appropriate accommodation for utilization of noise cancelling headphones
    during times in which the student is actively working, without intervention of an
    instructor, and in transition areas that the student frequents (in which the environment
    contains distracting noises) is requested. The client is able to provide their own
    headphones and abide by any accommodation guidelines enforced by the school
    administrators.
