REFERENCE LETTER

This letter serves to inform you that Rachel Muyambo trained at Mbuya Dorcas Hospital
Training School as a nurse aide and completed her 3 months course which includes theory
and attachment practical at MDH. She worked in the following departments, ward, casualty,
HDU, laundry, CSSD and dental. Duties covered include observations for patients and report
to sister in charge, damp dusting, bed making/ laundry, oral care of admitted patients,
errands, assisting in the clinical procedures, menu preparation and feeding of the patients,
catheterization care, care of the dying/ last office, bereavement counselling, Infection control,
wound care, handling and disposing of sharps, medical requisitions and replenishments,
geriatric nursing, psychosocial support and first aid. With the information given above I do
not hesitate to recommend her to work with any organization in line with his job experience if
opportunities arise.
