ASSIGNMENT – Answer all the questions

Q1. Compare the computer architecture of modern processors from two different vendors
in terms of memory, speed, and expansion bus.. [10 Marks]

Q2. You are working for as an advisor in a popular IT computer company which help to
provide outsourcing in term or service or advice. You have been assigned to help customer
find the right machine for their personal or business needs. You have been approached by a
customer who has asked you to help them find a machine that best suits them. They have
told you the following:

“I am really like gaming, where I love to play the latest games on PC. My current PC is now
out of date and is not capable of playing the new games that have just been released. As
part of my gaming, I like to play online, so I want a machine that is more than capable. I also
want to use the machine for college work. I already have the software I need for that, but I
was wondering if there is any voice control software I could have as I am Dyslexic.”

Based on the above scenario. What equipment is essential to them – List all the key items
that the user will need. Help them to sort out their issues and recommend the best choice.
