Sub: MA&UD – Unregularised residential plots in Urban Areas – Request to

compile information locality-wise and discuss on 22nd September
2021 –Reg.

This refers to the last cabinet meeting based on which a Sub

Committee of ministers is constituted to look into the issues pertaining to
residential plots in urban areas. Accordingly you are requested to compile
the information on the following lines:
1) Cases pending or pertaining to GO 58 & 59;
2) Issues pertaining to unauthorized layouts where smaller plots are sold
showing as subdivision of survey number;
3) The other issues pending for regularization such as Addagutta,
Anjaiah Nagar, Khaithlapur, etc
4) issues pertaining to LB Nagar, where Hon’ble Minister has already
committed;
5) issues pertaining to Notary / Sada binama in urban areas; and
6) Any other issue.

2. The said information may be compiled and discussed with me on 22nd

September 2021.
