I am writing to express my interest in the store control position at Joncan Composites Sdn. Bhd. 
Graduating from Diploma of Hotel Management and Halal Food Services, I was trained to monitor the hotel 
service performance, control stocks of each rooms’ amenities, check the ingredients used by the hotel 
kitchen and supervise the staff' performance. 

Having worked in the restaurant management field for 1 year and 3 months as a restaurant server and 
bookkeeper, I now have a deep interest in stock controlling. At Assalam Restaurant, nothing made me 
happier than knowing the restaurant had sufficient stock throughout the day and all of the ingredients were 
in good condition.  

I also just completed my one year contract at STARTEK, Aegis BPO Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. where I 
worked as a Customer Service Executive. Throughout 1 year, I managed to satisfy company’s clients in 
conflict resolution by providing precise steps to overcome grab driver and grabfood delivery problems.Thus, 
I have received the recognition as a PLATINUM agent for 10 months and ACE agent for 8 months.  

Therefore, I believe the skills that I have learnt throughout my previous working experiences could 
contribute to your company’s growth and success. Given my related experiences and capabilities that match
