Important instructions on transportation arrangements for 3rd phase Gram Panchayath Elections in East Godavari

1 All Polling staff drafted to 3rd phase polling has to report to be bus point as mentioned above as per the timing.
2 All polling staff should give their attendance and board the bus at the Bus point.
3 Mandal Education Officers of concerned mandals are responsible for 100% attendance of their employs
4 At bus point concerned headquarters MPDO has to arrange for drinking water bottle and biscuit packet to all employs
5 At Kakinada & Rajahmundry points Municipal Commissioners and rural MPDOs & Tahsildars have to take responsibility.
6 All buses should reach to Arts College Ground, Rajamahendravaram
7 Lunch will be provided to all staff members at Arts College, Rajahmundry
8 All Staff reported at Rajahmundry Arts college have to report at their allotted mandal counter.
9 Separate Buses will be arranged for all polling staff to reach their mandal distribution centre from Arts College, Rjy
10 After lunch all staff will be transported to their duty allotted mandal
11 Night stay and food arrangements will be done by concerned MPDOs at their mandal headquarters.
12 Separate stay arrangements will be made for male and female employs
13 On 16th morning breakfast will be provided at Distribution centre.
14 After collecting election material polling staff will be transported by route officer as per their mandal plan.
15 Night stay at alloted GP will be arranged by local GP staff & Secreariat staff
16 All refreshments will be arranged locally.
17 Date of polling is 17th February 2021
18 Time of polling for this phase in both divisions is from Morning 06:30 AM to 1:30 PM
19 Countng is from 2:00 PM onwards
20 After results declaration, all staff will return to reception centre at mandal headquarters
21 After dinner at reception centre staff will be transported to Rajahmundry Arts College.
22 On 17th night from Rajahmundry Arts College special buses will be arranged to Kakinada & Amalapuram to reach their destiny on payment basis.
23 There are no transport arrangements for Rampachodavaram and Yetapaka Division employs.
