1. Why should I vote?

 Aside from the reason that it is my right to choose a leader. Being able to
vote is being truly free. And I won’t waste this right that symbolizes my
freedom. Furthermore, voting is being a responsible citizen, which in fact,
would lead us on choosing a responsible leader.

2. Whom should I vote for?

 I should vote for the sake of the country, in which involves me and you. I
should vote for a good leader. A leader that has not only good leadership
skills but to vote a leader whose heart is good. A leader whom hands are
big, heart is gold, and has brain wise as of serpent but with a characters
as of dove. For I am a voting a leader that could make a difference, thus
my vote could make a difference. Furthermore, I should vote for only and
only to this reason, not for money nor by blood.

3. Why is it important to choose a Good leaders?

 Because the life or the success of one organization or country depends on
the leader. A leader is someone who inspired and motivate his people. A
leader that could rule and could do innovation. A good leader that could
influence his people to do their best for the sake, for the progress of the
group. Moreover, a leader that is a model in being and doing well for the
society, because a good leader is made not born.

4. What if someone approaches me and attempts to buy my vote?

 I must surely decline. I don’t sell my vote. I am a responsible voter and
I’m very aware that my vote could make a change for the better
innovation of the nation. And my democratic freedom is priceless.
Moreover, a candidates that would buy a vote is for sure would not be a
good leader, it is a sign that he/she is incompetent and has no confident
on the goodness of his/herself.

5. Why we should cast our votes in May Election?

 Because whoever wins on that election, would be our leaders, leader of
me and you, who are chosen by me and you. And we don’t want to miss
this opportunity on choosing a good leader. Our vote could make a
change. It’s our privilege that our constitution granted us this right, to be
able to choose and to vote. Our future relies on our hands. A good and
responsible leader comes from a good and a responsible citizen. So, we
must do our parts now, better than blaming others and regretting later.

LEADERSHIP QUESTIONS
1. Why bad leaders are promoted and why do people follow them?
 Talking in a business, most probably because there are former bad
leaders too. It’s like a chain, a bad leader would more likely to promote a
bad leader as they don’t want to be over power, which in results they
chooses the incompetent and pushing out the right one in the position,
the good leader. It is a hierarchy, why would someone promote a bad
leader? It is because he/she is also a bad leader, in sense of lacking
vision. Likewise promoting a leader should not be based on the blood,
friendship or any close relationships as it would surely ruin the
business/company. Instead it should be on the fact that, this person is
deserving to be promoted as a leader for he/she has the traits of being a
good leader. Just like for example of Prince Adams, he is now known as
the best boss in the world. Before reaching His company perk of success
he do a lots of sacrifices, he even cut offs his own salary, savings etc. just
to raise the minimum wages of his employees and take note, it was during
the crisis of his company. He gives more than to his workers, and in
return the employees did their best. Now they are more than being a boss
and a worker, but a family. Now, talking about following a bad leader,
maybe because of fear. As human nature we tend to subdue to what we
seems the superior. Maybe it is our defense mechanism, as we may
thought that this is the only way to survive, to abide. We fear, that if we
would fight and be the odds, we would be fighting alone and be left with
nothing. And most of all, we fear to stand because we are afraid to be
kick out, nowadays it is very hard to find a job, where we could get
money to buy food and support for the family? We doubt, we fear, thus
we don’t try and just go with the flow.
2. Why do people follow bad leaders and what can you do about it.
 People do follow bad leaders because they think they have no power to go
against them and that they could do nothing about the situation. They
have the mindset of, “’we are just an employer, he is the boss, what the
boss would say and do is the rules, there is nothing we could do”. Due to
fear or maybe as the self-centered boss they are also only cared about
their own, they don’t think about what’s going on in the company, as long
as they are getting their pays. They neglect the company’s growth for
their own a benefits, disregarding that the company might bankrupt as
they would just find another jobs. In this way, we could say that a bad
leader is a bad follower. As a future employer, I could make a change
starting from myself. As what is written, be the example of your changes.
Counting always starts with one, then 2, 3, 4 so on and so forth. I know
it’s not easy, it requires a lot of efforts and perseverance but I hope I
could stand. Surely at this moment I believe that I could make a change
someday, this is after I have read a very inspirational real story. It’s about
the employer who go against the odd. They have a bad leader,
incompetent, lack of motivation, negative and self-centered, he always
humiliate and tease his employers. With him as the leader, the work
environment is lack of enthusiasm. An employer tried something and
discussed her plan to a friend. First, they encourage and motivate their
fellows by acknowledging their qualities, compliments them, helping them,
and by asking them to a coffee. Slowly by slowly their work mood’s lights-
up, they have realized their worth, and they have now the unity against
the odds. Later their bad boss resign as he could not take the positivity.
Thus, in this real story, we could say that as an employer/follower we
have the power to fight the wrong, the question is, “who have the
courage to stand first, and would set as an example?” A battle needs an
armies not an army.
