21- An 11-year-old male patient developed puffy eyes,
headache& lethargy. His HR is 130 b/m, RR 30 c/m, temp 37, BP
200/100. His urine exam is: protein +, blood ++. Ketones _ , WBC
2-4, RBC casts many, epithelial cells 0-1, CBC normal , LFT, KFT&
electrolytes are normal. C3 is low. These data indicate:
A. Ig A nephropathy
B. Acute renal failure
C. Nephrotic syndrome
D. Post streptococcal glomerulonephritis

22- If this child has pulmonary edema in addition to


hypertension, the best single treatment of both his high blood
pressure & distress is:
A. ACE inhibitor
