    Abstract:

    Study jaw crusher parameters to know the effect of crusher speed, crusher setting, feed gradation &
    feed rate during working of crusher to analyze the quality of aggregate products. Aggregate quality is
    measured in term of feed gradation, particle shape & mechanical properties.

    During crushing specific energy affected by feed gradation, crusher setting and crusher speed.

    The shape particles affected by the whole parameters. On plant base mechanical properties are less
    affected as compare to laboratory sample preparation by jaw crusher crushing.
