SOP FOR `RAIN Dated : 11-01-2023

DAY

Purpose:

The purpose of this SOP is to make sure that In the event of inclement weather (severe
storm, pouring rain, and/or lightning in the area), the Hactric Solution will ensure the safety
of all employees.

Scope:
This policy applies to team members of Hactric Solutions, and its wholly-owned
subsidiaries and other identified team members.

General:

We recognize that adverse weather conditions can prevent employees from reaching
their place of employment. We will ensure that the health and safety of our employees
is not compromised, by allowing affected employees immediate access to leave
entitlement depending on the circumstances. No employee will be required to attend for
work if it is unsafe to do so.

Policy Statement:
a. It is expected that employees will make every reasonable effort to reach their place
of employment.

b. However, employees are not expected to, and should not, put themselves at risk.

c. Employees who live in remote areas are aware of the potential difficulties they may
face during periods of adverse weather and should be prepared to make
appropriate arrangements in relation to attendance at work.(See clause e & f)

d. It is recognised that there will inevitably be occasions when weather conditions are
so severe that some employees in outlying areas will either be prevented from
getting to their normal place of work or will be late and/or need to leave early.

e. Those who are using car must come to office in case if they are within 15 KM range
to office.

f. Those who are using bike must avail other transport like UBER or CREAM or any
other mean of transport to reach office.

g. Despite all the above situation (If rain is continuously going slowly for a day or two
on interval basis then employee must not put his life to risk and work from home as
road do become slippery)
h. Any alleged abuse of this policy will be subject to investigation and, if necessary,
action, under the Disciplinary Policy.

i. In all circumstances of inability to attend for work or late arrival the employee must
report the fact to his/her line manager at the earliest opportunity.

j. The employee should notify us separately on each day they are unable to attend for
work.

k. Your line manager will be responsible for deciding whether any request to leave will
be approved or not.

l. The employee should email to his line manager cc the HR in loop so the decision
can be made on time.

m. All the above situation occurs once or twice in a year or so, so we should not make
this as a practice.

n. In certain circumstances we may agree that an employee can work from home
then WFH policy will be applied

This SOP can be and will be changed time to time by the Management at approval of
CEO
