NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC:

Pursuant to DAO 2013-22 “Revised Procedures and Standards for the Management of Hazardous
Waste”, the Environmental Management Bureau R9 is now implementing the online hazardous waste
management system on the submission and processing of Hazardous Registration (Generator,
Transporter, TSD), Permit to Transport and Manifest Applications through
https://hwms.emb.gov.ph effective June 01, 2020.

The system requires prior company profile registration through https://iis.emb.gov.ph/crs

STEPS ON HOW TO USE COMPANY REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR CLIENT

1. CLIENT will register using this link https://iis.emb.gov.ph/crs/

Note: Client must provide active email because this email will receive CRS notifications
2. After registration go to login page and input your credentials
3. To update User profile, Click user icon on the upper right side of the page. Update the field you
want to change and click Save. To change government id, click plus icon and upload updated
image
4. On dashboard page on NAVIGATION AREA click “Add Establishment” menu for requesting
new ESTABLISHMENT (There are two types to request Client establishment).
 One, is adding new establishment by selecting “NOT IN THE LIST” on dropdown
“ESTABLISHMENT LIST”. This will show the input fields for adding new
establishment;
 Two, is selecting the Client existing establishment on “REGISTERED
ESTABLISHMENT LIST” dropdown list and click “SEND REQUEST BUTTON”

NOTE: The EMB assigned personnel base on what location of the requested establishment will verify
the request. After the evaluation, the request status with the details (approved, disapproved) will be
sent to Client registered email. Also, the Client can view the status of the requested establishment in
COMPANY REGISTRATION SYSTEM dashboard page

5. On the DASHBOARD page the Client can see the status on approved and pending
establishments

NOTE: Only, approved establishments will be used by the Client on other ENVIRONMENTAL
MANAGEMENT ONLINE SYSTEMS like:

 HAZARDOUS WASTE MANIFEST SYSTEM (HWMS)

 SELF MONITORING REPORT (SMR)

If account registration is successful, an account confirmation link will be sent to the email
address used in the registration. Open the link to activate your account.

PROCEDURE IN FILING AN ONLINE HAZARDOUS REGISTRATION

1. CLIENT will register using this link https://hwms.emb.gov.ph

2. After registration go to login page and input your credentials
3. Follow through the instructions and fill up all the required and applicable information
4. Click “Add Files” to upload required documents and submit the HW application
