Career Goals
999/1000 chars

Unfolding knowledge and acquiring more extensive learning to turn this world into a better place for humanity is a goal
pending as far as my life is concerned.
Although Uganda's industrialisation is growing day by day, few people here in my society engage in industrial
operations and this indicates that the biggest part of industrialisation here is taken up by International investors.
I have a vision and goal to make my society engage more in industrial processing by providing them with knowledge
and skills on how to go on to act on a small scale so that they can improve their lives. Our society deserves an equalised
platform.
I am looking forward to make more in-depth research for new products that can best suite my society. I believe that
without research, there is no progress .
Lastly, I am also looking forward to create a support line for the unfortunate in my society through an NGO. I have been
a victim of no hope, it was just God's grace to see light in my life.

For all along being proud of a fairly rich man that I believed was my father, truth landed into my ears from my biological
mother that my true father got lost in a far area during a tribal war and all he had left was an impoverished state of living.
From this day, my mother advised me to ground myself in education for a better future.
During the course of my high school, I developed a drive of being a scientist and an engineer due to the fact that I was
good at sciences and I had alot of passion for them. I was inspired by a physics teacher who used to motivate us with the
great history of Albert Einstein and his curiosity that positively impacted the living of humanity on the planet up to now. I
came to realise that whatever a man does should be for the goodness of the people in the society. I have acquired some
experience as it regards to Industrial operations and control but I really feel that I still need more profound knowledge to
established my career plans and goals.

Applying for this golden opportunity to elevate my career is one of the best things I can be proud of as far as my
education is concerned. The gates scholarship has been my dream to apply for in a way that it is in position to uproot a
good leader inside of me for the goodness of my society. This scholarship will brighten my future as a leader in my
society as well as solving my long term hindrance of finance that has bothered me tremendously in my education career.
This will be a financial rescue for my career. It will not only make me a good leader but also a light beacon of hope for my
family people to recognize the essence of education. One day a father who brought me up said to my mother that " the
son you have given everything in education has no impact to you". it was so hurtfuI but I hope one day my father realizes
the value of education and also to believe that life can change for good. The industrial sector of our country is striking
gradually and there is hope for development and progress. I have always had a question as to why our people in
societies don't get involved in industrial operations. By research, i have found out that this is due to the lack of knowledge
,skills and affordable facilities and technology ideas that can best suite their financial status . As a result, the industrial
sector here is more enjoyed by investors who have quite alot of finances. This results into our people work miserably due
to low wages offered to them on addition with mistreatment, over working. This is a society I would not wish for my
followers and therefore I want be a spark of light for Future. This has found me a purpose to improve this sector in my
society so that it can be enjoyed by many of our local people. I want to fully utilize this opportunity to transform my
society into a worthy living place for my future generation including my children. I am willing to sacrifice everything for a
colorful atmosphere and better livehoods. I am looking forward to share knowledge and skills regarding my career and
also to find the best approach that can best suite my society in consideration to their finances. This will make an impact
to my society for the good living of the many. I have acquired some skills in leadership and I believe that I have got the
potential to promote change for the future. Currently I am a leader at my work place heading a department in production.
This has really taught me the meaning of leadership and it's relevance on behalf of others. I have acquired the capacity
to understand and evaluate challenges and this has been my fundamental tool throughout all my internships and my job
until today. My experience has been dealt with industrial operations and control , laboratory testing and machine
operations, plant and equipment designing using simulation and cad softwares. These skills will provide me a platform to
excel in my career at Cambridge University and I really hope for the best at Cambridge University.
