The university attaches great importance to practical training as it accounts significantly towards the award of
the Degree to our students. It is expected that during the attachment period, the student shall adhere to the
Rules and Regulations of the organization. A lecturer from the university will visit your organization at least
once to follow up on the progress of the student.

JKUAT has a “Public Liability Policy” which covers all students on industrial attachment. The coverage
includes accidental property damage, bodily harm and death.
