Considering the above the Company has laid down certain precautionary measures and the same
have been explained to You. You confirm that you have understood these precautionary measures

Since you are the first to view the data, in the allowed format such as videos generated by
Hexaware’s Customers and since you will be and segregating and validating the data you must follow
the below policy:

(i) Do not share or leak the data or any information out of Hexaware’s Customer or
Hexaware environment, as it is extremely confidential. Kindly note that your activities
are constantly being monitored by Customer’s and Hexaware’s security team;
(ii) If you see something objectionable, please follow the process explained to you or
escalate to your immediate Reporting Manager without any delay;
(iii) Always follow all security measures and ensure you are keeping the Hexaware’s
Customer data secure.

You confirm that You have understood the process explained to you and you agree to follow the
same in good faith. Failure to follow the process, will lead to breach of data security for which
appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against You.
