CODE OF CONDUCT

The Code of Conduct (“Rules”) sets out the standards of conduct required from the Obligor/Students. The rules along with the Course
Fee Payment Agreement entered into between Addskill Technologies Private Limited and the Obligor/Student constitutes the entire
agreement between the parties. It holds the obligor responsible for the consequences of their actions. Failure to comply with these
standards of conduct may result in the reduction of the Minimum Guaranteed Qualified Income, Expulsion from the course, Restriction
of access to the LMS, ban from sitting in the placements.

In case of expulsion from the course, the Obligor shall not be made liable for payment of course fees.

1. RIGHT TO RESERVE/REDUCE THE MINIMUM GUARANTEED QUALIFIED INCOME

Attendance: Obligor/Students must attend at least 80% of the classes.
Coding Assignments: Obligor/Students must attempt at least 80% of the assignments within the deadline.
Quizzes: Obligor/Students must attempt at least 85% of the assignments within the deadline.
Hackathons: Obligor/Students must attempt at least 70% of the assignments within the deadline.
Class Assignments: Obligor/Students must attempt at least 80% of the assignments within the deadline.
Capstone Projects: Obligor/Students must submit the capstone project within the deadline.
Interview Placement Assignments: Obligor/Students must submit at least 80% of the assignments within the deadline.
Resume: Obligor/Students must submit the resume within the deadline.

2. EXPULSION/ RUSTICATION FROM THE COURSE

Attendance: Obligor/Students must attend at least 70% of the classes.
Coding Assignments: Obligor/Students must attempt at least 60% of the assignments within the deadline.
Quizzes: Obligor/Students must attempt at least 75% of the assignments within the deadline.
Hackathons: Obligor/Students must attempt at least 60% of the assignments within the deadline.
Class Assignments: Obligor/Students must attempt at least 70% of the assignments within the deadline.

Undertakings by the student, parent / legal guardian:

● I hereby undertake, if admitted, to attend live lectures and to take all internal assessments, tasks, assignments etc. in the School
and if I fail to do so as per the above clauses, I will be expelled from the ongoing course or my minimum guaranteed qualified
income shall be reduced.
● I hereby acknowledge and accept that in the event of my expulsion from the course due to the breach of Code of Conduct, the
consequences as set out in the Course Fee Payment Agreement as are set out below shall be applicable:
