How do I upload my files?

Bonjour, and thank you for shopping at Bizarre Beasties! In this document, we will
provide a tutorial on how to use the files you’ve bought in your stream.

Step 1: Unzip the .zip folder

>For Mac, double-click on the folder.

>For Windows, open the folder with windows explorer on windows 10.

Next, Right click -> “Extract All…” and it will open a window asking you where
you would like to extract the file.

You can also download an unzipping software for free such as 7zip.

Step 2: Upload them in the correct locations

> Panels (.png)

Go to your channel page and click on the About section. You have to check ✔
the Edit panels box in order to add, modify or delete panels:

> Alerts (.png or .gif)

We strongly advise using the Streamlabs website where you can link your twitch
account. Open the dashboard page at https://streamlabs.com/dashboard and click
on Alert Box :

From there, you can upload the .gif or .png files for the alerts and customize it in
the way that suits you.

At the top of the Alert Box section, you can get the URL for the alert animation that
you need:

Then, in your streaming software, go to your scene:

 With OBS: Add source with the “+” button -> Browser -> paste the URL
from the streamlabs website

 With Streamlabs OBS : Add source with the “+” button -> Alertbox (No
need to paste anything)

> Overlays (.png or .gif)

The procedure is the same in both OBS and Streamlabs OBS :

Click on your scene -> Add source with the “+” button -> Image -> select
your .png file

Here is how the final result would look on OBS:

On streamlabs OBS :

If you use one of our Editable Overlays you’ll have to add multiple image sources
for each element of the overlay.

Be careful of the order of the images in the source list; the overlays should be over
the video footage.

> Offline banners (.png or .gif)

We have 2 kinds of set ups for offline banners.

First, for the screens that automatically display when you’re not streaming
e.g. stream is offline. Secondly, the ones you may want to stream manually
e.g. stream is starting.

For the automatic set-up:

Go to the twitch website, on your channel management page:

https://dashboard.twitch.tv/

Or click on the Customize channel button on your channel webpage

Select Channel in the left menu:

Then click on Brand:

And on the Video Player Banner section click on update and select your .gif or
.png file:
For manual set-up:

It is advisable to create a new scene dedicated for these banners.

Next, Click on your scene -> Add source with the “+” button -> Media ->
select your .gif or .png file

Be careful to upload only the .gif or .png files. The video files (.mov) are
for editing purposes e.g. adding your social media handles manually. They
will need to be re-exported as .gif or .png files under 10mb in photoshop.
As they are video files, they will not loop.

Here are some recommended settings on both OBS and Streamlabs :

***Don’t forget to check ✔ the “Loop” case.

Alright, that is all.

Thanks for reading through the guide, and have a great day!
