Instructions for the candidates (applied for Pharmacist), with regard to counseling

scheduled on 05.08.2022, (Timings: 10:00 am to 1:30 pm):

1. 3596 candidates applied online for the empanelment as Pharmacist under Health
Clinics/HWC Clinics/ Mohalla Clinics (Aam Aadmi Clinics). 2873 candidates appeared
in the examination conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) on
24.07.2022.
2. The selection criteria, as already notified vide “Detailed Information” on the website
www.nhm.punjab.gov.in, includes marks obtained in written test; relevant experience
under the Department of Health & Family Welfare/Medical Education & Research, Govt.
of Punjab; place of residence & knowledge of computers.
3. The tentative requirement, as notified in the “Detailed Information” on the website
“www.nhm.punjab.gov.in” is 109 & therefore on the basis of the marks obtained in the
examination conducted by BFUHS, 5 times the requirement i.e. approximately first 500
candidates are being invited in the counseling scheduled on 05.08.2022.
4. The Candidates are advised to carry the following documents during the counseling:
 Hand printed copy of application form (to be downloaded from www.bfuhs.ac.in)
 Proof of date of birth (Birth Certificate/Matric Certificate).
 Proof of Residence (Residence Certificate/Aadhar Card/Passport/ Voter ID)
 Diploma/ Degree in Pharmacy from recognized institute/University.
 Registration with Punjab Pharmacy Council
 Certificate in subject of Punjabi upto matric standard or equivalent.
 Experience Certificate in the Department of Health & Family Welfare/Medical
Education & Research, Govt. of Punjab
5. Counseling will be held at district level, as per residence district filled by the candidate,
on 05.08.2022 (10:00 am to 1:30 pm) for Pharmacist at the venues as per the list attached.
6. Candidates are advised to check their names in the district wise list as per their place of
residence, to confirm whether their name features in the list of approximately 500
candidates shortlisted for counselling based on their marks in the examination conducted
by BFUHS.
7. Candidates with residence outside the state have been included in the list of district which
they have filled as first preference.
