The easiest way to dip your toes into
brewing NA beer is often referred to Dry Hops
as Nanny State, after a NA beer from 50 g Cascade - 7 days
Brew Dog. Basically this method 50 g Centennial - 7 days
involves a tiny grain bill that’s full of 37.5 g Columbus - 7 days
low diastatic specialty grains. 25 g Ahtanum - 7 days
25 g Simcoe - 7 days
This recipe was inspired by the
Nanny State recipe available on Directions
brewdog.com. This is a pretty straightforward brew
day. Mill your grains as normal and
Batch Size: 6 gallons mash with your full water volume at
