JUNIOR FIELD ASSISTANT

SOIL AND CONCRETE LAB (TSF 2212079)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site in TSF Operations

Department, and reports directly to the Junior Engineer - TSF.

The Role isResponsible for all field and lab tests of concrete and soil, this also include
maintaining test result record in good procedure and documentation.
- Ensure field and lab concrete and soil test according to the standard requirement.
- Responsible for TSF Instrumentation Reading and regular inspection of the condition.
- Preparing the raw data result of every field and lab testing.
- Active communication with QA/QC Engineer.
- Running in-house soil lab belonging to PTAR and operating concrete compressive
strength tests.

Qualifications and Experiences:

1. Minimum Senior High school or Senior Technical School.
2. Desirable has experience and understanding of concrete and or soil lab testing.
3. Understanding of soil mechanics and concrete mix design.
4. Familiar with concrete and soil test for field and lab.
5. Desirable knows Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Ms PowerPoint).

ERT (EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM)
MEMBER (OHS 2212080)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site in OHS Department, and
report directly to the ERT Leader.

The Role is responsible for handling emergencies situations on Site Martabe with detail
below:
- As rescuer when have an emergency case and casualty at Martabe Site.
- As a firefighter in Martabe Site when having wildfires and handling situations.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers. Hydrants, and smoke detectors in the
Martabe area as per scheduled.
- Standby at critical activities when required as per risk assessment.
- Following the emergency procedure when response a critical situation.
- Always keep in shape and be ready to respond to emergencies.
- Practice in all activities with safety procedures in the mining environment and PT AR standards.
- Ready to be assigned to a rescue team for humanitarian missions in disaster areas on
behalf of the company and join with ESDM team for disaster preparedness.
- Ready to be assigned as a rescue team for competitions both on a local and national scale.

Qualifications and Experiences:

1. Minimum High School education; Preferably with educational background in
Medical or Nursing.
2. Have an ideal body with minimum height of 165 cm.
3. Age range of 20 - 30 years.
4. Have a healthy and strong physique.
5. Have a driving license (SIM A).
6. Have a good teamwork, initiative, and high loyalty.
