Good day! I am Coleen Audrey A. Geniston a grade 11 student from section Galatians.

In
this time of pandemic, the roles ICT will play in helping us to adapt in this new normal of
living are helping workers to work from home because of that they can control their time
and it’s more convenient for them at home. Technology also plays a big role in contact
tracing and through that we can easily trace the people who interacted with a COVID
positive person. One of the many examples are online classes, since DEPED is already
allowing limited face to face classes our mode of learning is blended. Students can study
and learn through online, making it easier in terms of conveniency. The roles of teacher
and student can change as a result of technologies, both within and outside of the
classroom. Digital technology can be used by teachers to introduce students to new
ideas, views, and sources of knowledge. Technology gives students quick access to
knowledge, rapid learning, and enjoyable opportunities to put what they've learned into
practice. In this new normal, ICT keeps on innovating and that helps us to move with
ease and making it beneficial for all of us.
