    SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF PROPERTY, PLANT AND


    EQUIPMENT (PPE) INVENTORY REPORT

    DATE : July 1, 2022

    Following the assumption to office of the undersigned as the duly elected Municipal
    Mayor of Saguiaran and in the exigency of public service, the new administration are
    hereby requesting the submission of the following; Property, Plant, and Equipment
    (PPE) Inventory Report within three (3) working days. This includes all physical
    properties, buildings and other infrastructure, vehicles, equipment, and other assets of
    LGU Saguiaran.

    Compliance is mandatory for transparency and accountability.
