Memo 45
045-22
Series of 2022
This is in line with the Memorandum Circular No. 042-22 where it stated the following:
“All permanent personnel shall be required to register their daily attendance through the
biometric system as primary reference. Attendance logbooks shall be maintained in the
respective offices.”
However, it was reported that there were NO EMPLOYEES who were able to enroll and register in
the system between October 26-27, 2022. Anent this, we are extending the enrollment and
registration period until November 18, 2022, for every permanent employee as we enter to the
transition of hybrid monitoring of employee attendance.
Please take note that entries from both biometric system and attendance logbooks will be a part of
the attachment basis of your work performance as well as your salaries.
Permanent employees who are not enrolled nor registered to the biometric system shall face
administrative sanctions. Furthermore, he or she shall not be issued any salaries for this month
onwards.
