What do these dogs do?

1. hunter’s dogs: The tasks of the so-called hunting dogs are primarily to track, pursue,
kill, and retrieve wild animals such as deer, wild boar, foxes, or birds.
2. sniffer dog (airports): A sniffer dog is a dog used by the police or army to find
explosives, drugs but also animals, bacteria, illnesses, virus, food by their smell.
3. soldier’s dog: Dog soldiers in the military are trained for the war effort. They protect
the soldiers and help them during their war mission. But also, they sniff mines,
explosives
4. assistant in homes for old people/hospitals/orphanages: go for walks, act like a
friend, are fluffy, make them non feel lonely, make them forget the pain, the illness,
give mental support, make them feel alive
5. service dog for disabled people/blind (guide dogs):
6. search and rescue with police men, rescue teams: they search missing people under
the snow after an avalanche, after a landslide or an earthquake
