- Flexibility a health related component pf physical fitness that relates to the range of
motion available at a joint. When an individual has the ability to move the muscle and
joints freely without feeling any pain. Also, it is ability of a joint of series to move
through an unrestricted, pain free range of motion.

2. Importance of flexibility in swimming.


- Flexibility will help you improved your performance in swimming. Flexibility will
increase the range of your joint in your shoulder, ankle and any part of your body,
you can also move freely. And lastly, being flexible is one of the best way to prevent
injury.

3. Give 3 ways to improve flexibility.


 Select best exercises like yoga, and other stretching exercise and do that very often.
 Choose what you eat, you should eat food with high protein.
 Take time to relax, drink a lot of water, and breathe properly.
