BEAUTY PARLOUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
A Beauty Parlour Management System is a website that managed the appointment. This website system is
connected to users & beauty parlours in an online platform users can write & read the review of the Beauty
Parlour Management. Beauty Parlour can also book the appointments for the customers. The system has 2
Pnaels 1st is Admin Panel & 2nd is User Panel. The user can make metting with the admin of parlour &therefore
admin approves it. All activities are creating appointment like choose service, date, time are going to be record
in the database for the events.

I. INTRODUCTION
I am doing my project on Beauty Parlour Management System. There is the need for best management of a
network based system for handling customers orders. It is a era of digital technology & development of
technology. The growth of internet users is increasing day by day. Beauty parlour Management System is a
web-based parlour management application with appointment scheduling funtionality. In this system user can
review parlour & stylist online & can make appointment online. At present many people run their business
(online) without any physical setup of their business. Like digital marketing agency, digital marketing & many
mores. There are various types of online websites available, ranging from online E-commerce website
(AMAZON, FLIPKART) online food delivery system (ZOMATO, DOMINOZ). In this system beauty parlour owner
can make their account online & give details of the services. They offer and describe the stylist information.
Using this platform user can view all the parlour which are partner with our parlour management system &
also view their services. User can review the Salons & their services using this system & can make appointment
with, favorite stylist online user can also cancel the appointments online customer search the near beauty
parlours then the system will show the next blank slots their nearest location. It will be more useful for
customers because now they have their booking with the available slot. It will also remove all extra paperwork
as the owner will have access to all customers details & their records to save them better. In this project MYSQL
& PHP are used to back the interface with strong database functionality & the frontend is HTML, CSS &
JavaScript are used. This project will target the major web browser like google chrome, firefox & safari as the
initial platform for our version. As Beauty & Fashion, style is become a great trend in all generation peoples is
no matter what age & gender. All Beauty Parlour Owners are depend on their customer; who visit parlour to
fulfill their own beauty needs. This system is designed for students studying at different colleges & universites.
This project of this system is for student of lovely professional University & the student nearby in that location.
This is really helpful for all Beauty Parlour Owners & Customers. It's really helpful for time management.
II. METHODOLOGY
Working:-
This web site is connection between the customer & the admin. It is provides information regarding the beauty
parlour no. of services running on the beauty parlour center using the system user can manage their parlour &
also use this system to book appointment at online platform customer only click on the parlour name in order
to get the address & phone numer of the parlour. Customer can login into the system by giving the their
usename & password. After login the can check his upcoming appointments. After taking an appointment
customer have to remeber the date & time of the appointment that particular time go that parlour & give
service. After service sent our feedback on same website to owner of the parlour.
Hardware requirements:-
It needs a processor of SIP color monitor, 128 MB RAM, 100 MB free Hard disk space, PIII 500 MHZ or above.

Software requirements:-
There should be an Beauty Parlour System & WINDOWS NT 4 / 2000 / XP. Visual studio Net 2008 Enterprise
edition. This website will be built using XAMPP & Java platform as we java is platform independent.
Use of the website:-
The paper talk about the process of the beauty parlour management system. This paper provides you with the
full information about the working of the Beauty Parlour System. This system is suggested to easy the
appointment process for the customers. This website that show parlour & their service to its users & allow
Booking appointment online. This system provides the user with the parlour for customers feedback where
customer can sent their opinions regarding & their experinces at a particular parlour. This system platform
available on all window, Android & IOS. Under the Beauty Parlour System, one need to sign in their registered
phone number & email address. The location is detected & one browser the parlour & service & book their
appointment. Payments can be made by cash or online ways. This system is also asked to customer for their
feedback after the service is provided. It provides its customer a platform to assign choices for a great parlour
for prepare.
Need of the website:-
Later on, purposed system works in other universities and colleges. Full intergration of open source tools is
critical in creating a website. Web calendar was not integrated which pursue more time and manpower.
Automation of web calender so that when tasks are completed its auto-updates the calendar. Additionality,
after the sytem is hosted run usability tests with the survey to check the effectiveness of the interface, its
functionality. More dynamically further JavaScript, Jquery, and more such language to make the interfacer
richer for the user. These tools improve the website with features like animation and drag-drop. This makes the
system more interactive and easy to use at salon owner's ends.

The very first page of the website will display a login/Register page where the user will register themeselves to
take the benefit of the Beauty Parlour Management System website. The page will look like this:-

IV. CONCLUSION
This system will help to parlours to expand their business. in the Parlour the online reservation system is
suitable for use to reduce customer waiting time & experience a hassle - free environment. This project also
help local seller to show their presence globally on the internet & serve their customer with their art. The
demand of for application is increasing day customer by day in software industry due to high expectation of
customers in palours.
