BSCRIM III - B2

A GOOD ADMINISTRATOR

Greetings, snappy ladies and gentlemen! I came here standing in front of all of you to lay words
that might be remarkably instilled in each and everyone’s conception. Accordingly, an
administrator in a bureaucratic world is a man who can feel big by merging his non-entity in an
abstraction. A real person in touch with real things inspires terror in him.

To be a good administrator, you must be deadline-driven and possess a high level of

organization. Good administrators can balance multiple tasks simultaneously and delegate
when appropriate. Planning and the ability to think strategically are useful skills that elevate
administrators in their career. You must be an excellent communicator, both in person and in
writing. Additionally, you should always look for opportunities to improve productivity in the
office.

In this era of questioned leaders and rotten systems, one must stand still, high, firm and
resolved to break those bars that had been getting in the way to progress. Some says qualities
of good administrators are not inherent to some and that only a few were gifted of it. But truth is,
it is a matter of free will, dedication, courage, and perseverance. If one possesses those traits,
one can lead, one can carry out a project.
