All students new to the Orange County Public School system must supply the following information to the OCVS Office:

Copies of Official Transcript and/or final report card (elementary students) for the 2018-2019 school year and a current copy of the
progress report/report card for the 2019-2020 school year.
Copies of standardized test scores for 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school year.

Your application will not be considered if the transcripts and test scores are not received.

Email notification of acceptance or non acceptance for the OCVS Full Time Program will be sent starting May 25, 2020.

Accepted students will be contacted via email to attend a mandatory OCVS Student/Guardian Orientation.

Please do not withdraw from your current school until you have received instructions to do so from Orange County Virtual School.
