THIS MATTER having come before the Court, Petitioner

being represented by his attorney, David M. Lopez and Respondent

appe~ring pro se and the Court being advised in the premises finds
and orders:

1. The Court has jurisdiction.

2. The parties were married in Las Vegas, Nevada on

March 30, 2007.

3. No children were born of this union.

4. Petitioner shall have the following as his sole

and separate pr-operty:

a) 2002 Peterbilt
b) 48' van trailer and tools
c) 1996 Kountry Aire trailer (fifth wheel)
d) Four wheeler
e) 2000 Ford Expedition
f) 14' car trailer
g) Gooseneck horse trailer
h) Backhoe proceeds
i) Lowboy trailer (separate property)
j) Air compressors
k) All other property in his name, control, or
possession.
 Respondent shall have the following as her sole

6. Petitioner shall pay the following debts and hold

Respondent harmless therefrom:

a) His medical bills

b) Any and all credit cards in his name
c) One half unpaid gross receipts tax balance
after Respondent pays the first $1,982.00
regarding Crumbley Trucking

7. Respondent shall pay the following debts and hold

Petitioner harmless therefrom:

a) Wells Fargo for 2014 Toyota Tundra
b) Mountain States Escrow for the 13 Gold Rush
property
c) Debt for the repossession of the Toyota
Tundra
d) Any and all credit cards in her name
e) First $1,982.00 of unpaid gross receipts tax
regarding Crumbley Trucking
f) One half unpaid gross receipts tax balance
after Respondent pays the first $1,982.00
regarding .Crumbley Trucking
8. The parties shall file separate income tax returns
for 2019 in accordance with appropriate federal income tax laws
and there shall be no allocation of income between them.

9. A state of incompatibility exists between the

parties, such that the legitimate ends of the marriage
relationship are destroyed and there is no reasonable expectation

of reconciliation and, therefore, Petitioner is entitled to an

absolute divorce.

10. That the bonds of matrimony heretofore and now

existing between the parties be and are hereby dissolved; that

Petitioner is hereby granted an absolute divorce from Respondent

and the parties now have the status of unmarried persons.

IT IS SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT.
